I’m a globally experienced board member, corporate governance expert, and tech entrepreneur with over 25 years of leadership in the digital and internet infrastructure space. My career bridges executive and advisory roles in public, private, and multistakeholder organizations—ranging from ICANN and CENTR to pioneering startups and national registries.
As Vice-Chair of the ICANN Board, I led strategic governance initiatives, chaired the Finance Committee overseeing a $150M budget and $500M in assets, and helped steer complex organizational transitions. I’ve also served on the boards of CENTR and RNIDS, as well as the UN Internet Governance Forum’s Multistakeholder Advisory Group (MAG).
I co-founded several successful technology ventures, including Jugodata—Serbia’s national PC brand—and SezamPro, one of the country’s earliest ISPs. Through SezamPro Hosting, I also built the second-largest .rs domain registrar. Today, I continue this entrepreneurial legacy through Jugodata’s evolution into a platform for consulting, investment, and board advisory.
In parallel, I actively mentor emerging leaders through Talks and Folks and similar initiatives. I live in Belgrade, Serbia, and remain engaged in global conversations on internet policy, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
